Article 1545
Termination of an Unlawful Situation
(1)
The prescription period of a right of action to terminate an unlawful situation begins to run at the beginning of the day following the one on which the immediate termination of that situation can be claimed.
#(2)
The prescription period of a right of action to terminate the possession of a the person who does not hold a title begins to run at the beginning of the day following the one on which that person became possessor or on which the immediate termination of the situation of which his possession forms the continuation could be claimed.
