Article 1549
Written Warning
(1)
Prescription of a right of action to claim performance of an obligation is interrupted by a written warning or by a written communication in which the creditor unequivocally reserves his right to performance.
#(2)
Prescription of other rights of action is interrupted by a written warning followed within six months by an act of interruption as described in the preceding article.
