Article 70
Retrospective Concurrence
(1)
Where an offence, committed concurrently with one or several other offences is discovered after the said offences have been tried, the Court shall sentence in accordance with the rules governing aggravation so that the offender be not punished more severely than where all the offences had been tried together.
#(2)
The new sentence shall be assessed having regard to the sentence already imposed and it shall run concurrently with the sentence already imposed.
