Article 76
Persons to be Informed of Provisions Regarding Conditional Release
(1)
Offenders shall be informed of the terms and conditions of their possible conditional release upon their conviction and when entering the institution to which they are committed.
#(2)
The Director of the Institution shall recommend release of the offender where the conditions for granting release appear to have been fulfilled or shall inform the Court of an offender’s application to be released. Such application shall be accompanied by a report from the Director.
