Article 90

Effects of Deprivation of Civil Rights

A person deprived of his civil rights under Article 89 shall suffer the loss of:

(1)

the right to vote or be a candidate in any public election;

(2)

any elected or appointed public office held by the person; and/or

(3)

any other public positions, honorary positions, decorations, and rank in the armed services held by the person.

The Court shall in its order determine whether the offender shall be deprived of all or some of the civil rights contained in sub-arts. (1) – (3).
