Article 94
Prohibition to Settle Down or Reside in a Place
(1)
A similar prohibition to Article 93 may be ordered in respect of settlement or residence in a town, village or a specified area.
#(2)
The prohibition may be of a permanent or temporary nature having regard to the gravity of the offence, the character of the offender and the circumstances of the case. A temporary prohibition may be for a period of from one to ten years.
#The Court shall give reason for its decision and shall specify the territorial area to which the prohibition extends and its duration.
