Article 98
Punishment for Criminal Violations of Rules and Regulations
(1)
No person shall be punished for violating any lawfully issued regulation, order, rule or other measure of a governmental authority, unless a criminal penalty is specifically authorized in the legislation containing or authorising the regulation, order, rule or measure.
#(2)
Unless the offence is classified otherwise, punishment for violations under subsection (1) shall be a Class 3 Petty Offence.
