Article 1122
Hypothec and Attachment
Where, at the time of registration of the agreement of division, all registered property involved in the division is encumbered with a hypothec or attached, this hypothec or attachment will, as of that time, attach itself to each apartment right for the entire debt.
#Where, at the time of registration of the agreement of division, only part of the registered property is encumbered with a hypothec or attached, the power to execute against this part continues to exist in spite of the division; execution terminates the division in respect of that part.
#A servitude or usufruct encumbering the registered property, or part of it, at the time of the registration of the agreement of division, continues to, exist without change after that time.
