Article 1152
Termination of Division
(1)
The division is terminated de jure by entry in the register of immovable property of an order expropriating an entire cadastral lot involved in the division, unless other lots are also involved in it.
#(2)
In all other cases, the termination of the division is made, with the cooperation of all apartment owners, by a written instrument intended for that purpose, followed by its entry in the register of immovable property. The foregoing articles apply mutatis mutandis.
