Article 1132
Management
(1)
The association of owners manages the co-ownership except for the portions which are intended to be used as separate units.
#(2)
Within the limits of its powers, the association can represent the apartment owners judicially and extra-judicially.
#(3)
The association supervises the performance of the obligations which the apartment owners owe one another as a result of the provisions of the law and the by-laws; for that purpose, it can take appropriate action in Court against them. In this context an apartment owner includes the person who derives a right of use from an apartment owner.
