Article 1143
Liability
(1)
The manager shall be liable to the association in accordance with the provisions relating to mandate.
#(2)
Notwithstanding any agreement to the contrary, an appeal shall lie to the Court against any decision of the association approving the accounts of the manager or relating to the manager's liability, where the manager or his representative took part in such decision.
