Article 440
Protection and Control of Endowment
(1)
The act by which the endowment is approved shall determine the organ which is to be responsible for the protection and control of the endowment.
#(2)
If no organ is designated for this purpose in that act, the protection and control of the endowment shall be ensured by the office of associations of the region where the endowment has its principal place of business.
