Article 453
Liquidation and Control
(1)
The provisions of this Title relating to the liquidation of associations shall apply to the liquidation of endowments.
#(2)
The functions exercised by the office of associations shall be exercised by the organ for the protection and control of the endowment where such an organ has been established.
