Article 486
2. On the Property of the Trust
(1)
The beneficiary of the trust has no right to dispose of or to administer the property forming the object of the trust.
#(2)
In relation to such property, he may only do those acts which preserve his rights, such as the interruption of a prescription.
#(3)
He may also make publications with a view to informing third parties or certain third parties of the fact that certain property forms the object of the trust.
