Article 441
Statutes of Endowment
(1)
An endowment shall be governed by statutes, in conformity with which it shall be organized and administered. The statutes shall mention in particular the name of the endowment, its object and the place where it has its principal place of business.

Failing such, they shall be drawn up by the Ministry of Local Government, or by the organ for protection and control designated for the endowment by such Ministry.
#(4)
Any interested party may within three years apply to the Court to amend the statutes, if these are contrary to the act of endowment. 3
