Article 474
Powers of Trustee
(1)
The powers of the trustee regarding the property which is the object of the trust are those of an owner.
#(2)
He may not, however, alienate immovable property or encumber immovable property with hypothec or another limited right except with the authorization of the Court, unless otherwise provided in the act of constitution of the trust.
#(3)
In no circumstances may the trustee alienate the property or encumber it with a limited right by a gratuitous title.
