Article 484
Creditors of the Trust
(1)
Those persons with whom the trustee has entered into an agreement relating to the property constituted in trust may enforce their right against all the property forming the object of the trust.
#(2)
The trustee shall not be liable to them unless he has expressly bound himself or in accordance with the provisions governing Mandate.
