Article 481
Rendering of Accounts. - 1. To Whom it is Made
(1)
The trustee shall render an account of his administration and of the actual state of the property forming the object of the trust, to the person appointed in the act of constitution of the trust.
#(2)
In default of such person, he shall render an account to any person who has an interest therein in accordance with the act of constitution of the trust or to the person who replaces him in the office of trustee.
