Article 1729
Integral Parts of Immovables
(1)
The sale of integral parts of an immovable shall be deemed to be a sale of movables where such parts are, under the contract, to be separated from the immovable and transferred as movables things to the buyer.
#(2)
The provisions of sub-Article (1) shall apply in particular where the sale relates to crops, materials of a building under demolition or products of a quarry.
