Transfer of Usufruct
(a)
If he transfers the usufruct of a thing, the obligation of the seller to transfer the ownership of the thing is replaced by the obligation to transfer the usufruct of the thing.
#(b)
The provisions on “Sale” in the current Chapter shall apply where a person transfers for consideration the usufruct of a thing.
