Article 1834
Notice of Intent to Redeem
(1)
A seller who wishes to exercise his right of redemption shall notify the buyer of his intent to do so not less than one month before exercising his right.
#(2)
The seller shall notify any third person known to him who has acquired an interest in the thing subject to the right of redemption not less than one month before exercising his right.
