Article 1869
Transfer of Incorporeal Property
(1)
The provisions on “Sale” in the current Chapter shall, as far as possible and without prejudice to the provisions of special laws, apply where a person transfers for consideration incorporeal property.
#(2)
The transfer of incorporeal property shall be subject to the provisions of Book V of this Code on the “Assignment of Claims”.
