Article 1871
Scope
(1)
Except as provided hereafter, the provisions on Sale in the current Chapter shall apply to contracts of leasing.
#(2)
In the case of a leasing of an immovable, the lessee may register in the registers of immovable property in the place where the immovable is situated the right of contractual pre-emption resulting from the contract.
