Article 1846
Consumer Sales
(1)
The sale of a thing by a seller acting in the course of his trade to a natural person who buys for personal, family or household purposes is a consumer sale.
#(2)
The provisions of this Section derogate from the provisions of Section 1 of this Chapter to the extent they are inconsistent with them.
