Article 2387
Remuneration
(1)
The mandator owes remuneration to the mandatary, if the latter has entered into the contract in the course of his profession or business.
#(2)
If remuneration is owed but if the amount has not been fixed by the parties, the mandator owes remuneration as calculated in the habitual manner or, in the absence thereof, a reasonable remuneration.
