Article 2396
Termination of the Contract by Mandatary or Mandator
(2)
The mandatary who has entered into the contract in the course of a profession or business, may only terminate the contract for serious reasons, if it is valid for an indefinite duration and if it is not terminated by accomplishment.
#(3)
Without prejudice to article 2388, a natural person who has granted a mandate otherwise than in the course of a profession or business, owes no reparation of damage with respect to a termination. There may be no derogation from this provision.
