Article 2656
Insolvency
(1)
The contract of insurance shall not terminate automatically if an insolvency proceeding is opened with respect to an insured. The insolvency trustee shall be substituted as the beneficiary of the policy and shall be liable for the payment of premiums.
#(2)
Either the insolvency trustee or the insurer may terminate the contract of insurance within three months after the insolvency proceeding is opened.
#(3)
Unless otherwise provided by law, the contract of insurance shall terminate automatically one month after insolvency proceedings are opened with respect to the insurer.
