Article 2701
Coverage of Disability
(1)
If a policy provides coverage against disability, the policy shall set out clearly the terms and conditions of payment and the nature and extent of the disability covered.
#(2)
If the policy does not set out clearly the nature and extent of the disability covered, the inability to carry on, wholly or partially, one's usual occupation constitutes the disability.
