Concealment of Facts and False Statements in Group Insurance
(1)
If a participant in group insurance conceals facts or makes false statements about age or risks, the concealment or false statements affects only the insurance of the persons who are the subject of the concealment or false statements.
#(2)
The representations of a participant may be invoked against him only if the insurer has furnished him with a copy of the representations.
