Article 2707
Issuance of Policy
(1)
In the case of a policy of group insurance, the insured shall issue the master policy to the subscriber and shall deliver to him the individual certificates of insurance for distribution to the participants covered by the policy.

Participants and beneficiaries may examine and make copies of the policy at the subscriber's place of business.
#(3)
In case of a discrepancy between the policy and the certificate, the participants may invoke the more favorable terms.
