Article 2539
Judicial Hypothec
(1)
A Court or arbitration tribunal may secure the execution of its judgments, orders or awards by granting one party a hypothec on one or more immovables the property of the other party.
#(2)
The judgment or award shall specify the amount of the claim secured by hypothec and the immovable or immovables to which such hypothec applies.
