Article 2553
Effect of Registration
(1)
The registration of a hypothec shall be effective for ten years from the day when the entry was made.
#(2)
The effect of such registration shall continue where, prior to the expiry of the period of ten years, a new entry is made with a view to renewing the first registration.
#(3)
In such case, the first registration shall be effective for ten years from the day when the new entry was made.
