3. Loss of Deterioration of Immovable
(1)
He who acquires a hypothecated immovable shall not be liable to the hypothecary creditor for the loss or deterioration of the immovable.
#(2)
He shall however be liable where such loss or deterioration is due to his fault or negligence and occurs after he has been informed that proceedings have been instituted for the attachment of the immovable.
