Article 2561
Rent
(1)
Where the hypothecated immovable is leased, the hypothec shall apply to the rent having run from the day when the immovable was attached.
#(2)
The lessees and farmer-tenants may not validly pay the rent to the owner of the hypothecated immovable after they have been notified of the attachment of the immovable.
