Article 2589
7. Appointment of Curator
(1)
He who acquired the immovable may, where he is not personally liable for the payment of the obligation under the hypothec, demand that, proceedings for attachment instituted against him be discontinued.
#(2)
In such case, he may appoint or cause to be appointed by the Court a curator against whom the proceedings shall be continued.
#(3)
The curator shall reside or specify an address for service at the place where the sittings of the Court of competent jurisdiction are held.
