6. Costs of Sale by Auction
(1)
The costs of the sale shall be borne by the purchaser, where the immovable is sold at a price exceeding by ten per cent the price offered under Article 2592.

In other cases, such costs shall be borne by the creditors who rejected the offer of redemption.
