Indivisibility of Hypothec
(2)
Where part of the hypothecated immovable is alienated or such immovable is divided, each part shall secure the full payment of the obligation.
#(3)
Where the obligation which the hypothec secures has two or more creditors or debtors and the obligation is divided between them, recourse against the whole immovable remains possible.
