Article 2576

A deed entered in the registers may stipulate that a hypothec will have a higher rank in respect of one or more hypothecs upon the same property than would result from the time of its registration, provided that the deed show that the title-holders of the other hypothec or hypothecs consent to it.

Applying sub-Article (1) mutatis mutandis, it may also be stipulated that a hypothec and another right in rem are deemed to have been created in respect of each other in an order different from the one which actually occurred.
