5. Action for Warranty
(1)
Where the immovable is attached in the hands of the person who acquired it, such person may bring an action for warranty against the person from whom he acquired the immovable.
#(3)
An action for warranty may not be brought where it is expressly prohibited in writing by the deed evidencing the transfer of ownership.
