Article 2032
3. Effect
(1)
By virtue of his right of retention, the lessor may, with the authorization of the Court, compel the lessee to leave in the immovable leased as many movables as are necessary to provide security for the rent.
#(2)
The things taken away secretly or with violence shall continue to be subject to the settlement of the preferential claims of the lessor, where the latter attaches them within ten days after they have been removed.
