Article 2072
Improvements Made in Immovable. - 1. Right to Indemnity
(1)
The lessee shall not be entitled to compensation for improvements which he has made in the immovable without the consent of the lessor.
#(2)
Where the improvements have been made with the consent of the lessor, the lessee may claim the reimbursement of the lesser sum between the amount of expenses made by him and the increase in the value of the immovable, as at the time of the restoration.
