Article 2109
Illness of Farmer-Tenant. - 1. Right of Farmer-Tenant
(1)
The farmer-tenant may terminate the lease before the time fixed by the contract or by law where an illness affecting him or a member of his family prevents him from continuing the exploitation in a normal manner.
#(2)
The farmer-tenant shall not be liable to pay compensation where he avails himself of such right.
#(3)
The contract shall terminate six months after the lessor has received the notice from the farmer-tenant.
