Article 2070
2. Several Lessees
(1)
Where there are several lessees, they shall all be liable, in case of fire, in proportion to the rental value of the part of the immovable which they occupy.
#(2)
Where it is proved that the fire has started in the dwelling of one of them, he alone shall be liable for it.
#(3)
Where some lessees prove that the fire could not have started in their dwellings, such lessees shall not be liable for it.
