Article 2044
Scope of this Paragraph
(1)
The provisions of this Paragraph shall apply where the contract of lease relates to a house, furnished or unfurnished, a flat, a room or some other dwelling or part of a dwelling.
#(2)
Nothing shall affect the provisions governing contracts relating to hotels in the Title of this Code relating to Contracts for the Performance of Services.
