Article 2048
Duty to Furnish Immovable Given on Lease
(1)
The Iessee shall furnish the immovable given on lease in conformity with its nature and according to the custom of the place.
#(2)
The provisions of sub-Article (1) shall not apply where the lessee has taken on lease furnished premises or paid a term of rent in advance or given a security or other guarantee for such payment.
