Article 2103
2. Renewal of Lease
(1)
Unless otherwise provided by custom, the contract of lease shall be renewed for four years where notice as provided in Article 2101 has not been given or where, notwithstanding such notice, the farmer-tenant remains in the enjoyment of the immovable with the knowledge and without opposition of the lessor.

The rights and obligations of the parties under the renewed contract shall be settled in accordance with the previous contract.
