Article 2082
Repairs and Maintenance
(1)
The farmer-tenant shall make on premises to be used as dwellings, barns, stables and other buildings given to him on lease such repairs as are incumbent upon the lessee under Paragraph 2 of this Section.

He shall maintain according to local custom the roads, wells, fences, ditches, canals and dikes included in the land given on lease.
