Article 2041
Stipulation Relating to such Case. - 1. Effect
(1)
Where the lessor and the lessee have agreed that the person who acquires the immovable may terminate the lease, the person acquiring the immovable shall, within three months from the lessee having required him to do so, inform the latter whether or not he intends to terminate the lease.
#(2)
The person who acquires the immovable shall lose such right where he fails to exercise it within such period.
