Article 2101
2. Exception
(1)
The farmer-tenant may sublet buildings which appertain to the immovable given on lease, where no change prejudicial to the lessor arises therefrom.
#(2)
The provisions of Paragraph 2 of this Section concerning sub-leases shall apply in such case as well as where the lessor agrees to the sub-lease.
