Article 367
Adoption of Model Statutes
(1)
Statutes which conform to a standard model approved by the Ministry of Local Government need not be signed.
#(2)
In such cases it shall be sufficient that a special juridical act be prepared, making reference to such statutes and signed by not less than five associates.
#(3)
Such juridical act shall be of no effect unless it mentions the name of the association, its object, the place where the association Hasfits head office and the date when it is made.
